Karis Community offers a transitional living opportunity for people managing serious and persistent mental illness. The Empowerment Program prepares individuals to re-engage productively in the larger community, reduce hospitalizations, and live independently.
New Phase Navigation
New Phase Navigation offers multi-systemic support to adults navigating a health transition in their life by providing counseling, caregiver services, and case management. Strengthening clients’ mental wellbeing, providing access to comprehensive services, and fostering of community connection, individuals and families to feel equipped to thrive in their current phase of life while feeling well-prepared for the next.

Colorado Crisis Services provides free, confidential and immediate support from trained professionals and peer specialists, available 24/7/365 by calling 844-493-TALK (8255), or texting TALK to 38255. Colorado residents can also seek services in-person at our walk-in centers, regardless of ability to pay.
